Company Background
Chin Hin (JITRA) SDN. BHD is a motorcycle company that was established on year 1971 founded by Mr. Low. CHJ sells varies type of motorcycle such that Honda, Yamaha, Modenas , Suzuki , KTM and Demak. Besides that, the company also provides service of repairing and replenishment for the motor which was purchase from their company. Customer can go to the company to overhaul their motor and can get free service if under warranty period. The after sales service which provide by the company are technical training, new model training, warranty claim and maintenance service. There are about 16 branches of the corporate which located on North Malaysia which are Arau, Chanlung, Kuala Nerang, Darulaman Jaya, Pendang, Gurun, Alor Setar, Sungai Petani, Pokok Sena, Kulim, Baling and Jitar.

Dealer Management System (DMS)
DMS is a software system that being implemented in the CHJ company to manage and control their inventory. It is a software system that helps to optimize the processes, improve dealership administration and management, work more efficiently, lower costs and increase sales. It is commonly used by the industries that are related to automotive, agricultural equipment, truck and motorcycle. The core of DMS is a system that similar to enterprise resource planning (ERP).
